The name was traditionally used in Christian sources throughout history and is still widely used as an international tourism concept to define a region of exceptional natural wonders in particular characterised by “fairy chimneys” and a unique historical and cultural heritage. The term, as used in turism, roughly corresponds to present-day Nevsehir Province. Day 1: Pickup from hotel (05:30-06:00), breakfast break en route (08:00), photo break at Alacabel Peak. Arrive at Konya and visit to the Mevlana Museum, lunch break en route, visit to Saratli underground city before arrival at Urgup, chek in to hotel, rest and overnight. Day 2: Breakfast then we start our visit to the Red Valley and a visit to to an Onyx and pottery atelier in Avanos. Lunch break and a visit to Pigeons Valley, Pasaburg, Uchisar, Goreme Valley where we visit the Cavusin Church before heading back to the hotel for dinner and a Turkish Night (optional at extra cost). Day 3: Breakfast then check out (08:00). Visit to a Turkish Cultural Carpet center and the Sultanhan Caravansarai then lunch before heading back to Antalya and transfers back to hotel.
